Design & Prototyping We use ‘RADAN’ and ‘Solid Edge ST2’ for 3D design and modelling concepts. Our engineers can draw, program and manufacture prototypes for customer approval. We also offer technical support and advice and can make recommendations on the most cost effective process for each requirement. Quality Control We are approved to BS EN ISO9001:2000 and have a dedicated quality control / inspection dept equipped with the latest equipment. Works orders identify which employee carried out each operation and materials are all fully traceable. Assembly We can fit free issue components and can also reduce our customers’ time and labour costs by part assembly of units before delivery. We use automatic and semi automatic machines for the installation of fixings. Logistics management and Kanban Our facilities enable clients to reduce their logistics departments and outsource to us for ‘Just in Time’ delivery using our own dedicated fleet. |
